Rules

Seven rules. No algorithm, no votes, no editor.

1.The amount you pay is your score
Submit any URL with a bid in whole US dollars, paid in USDC. New listings start at $5, rebids at $1, capped at $999,999 per payment.
2.The board sorts by total, ties go to the older listing
Bids on the same URL accumulate across chains. Highest cumulative total ranks #1. Whoever got there first wins ties.
3.Anyone can outbid you at any time
Taking #1 requires a cumulative total above the current leader. Being outbid drops your rank; your listing and score remain.
4.Bids never expire and are never refunded
Payments are on-chain USDC transfers to the treasury. There is no undo, no refund, and no removal short of breaking the rules below.
5.One URL, one listing
URLs are canonicalized: tracking parameters are stripped, www and trailing slashes are ignored. Duplicate submissions merge into the existing listing.
6.Payments carry identification dust
Each payment includes a few random micro-cents so the exact on-chain amount maps to exactly one bid. Send the exact amount your wallet is asked to send — a different amount cannot be credited automatically.
7.Illegal, deceptive, or malicious content is removed
Listings pointing at malware, scams, or unlawful content are delisted without refund.
